Beaded Composite Bouquets (Cindy ♥ Bryan)

Beaded Composite Bouquets
Soriano - Hipol wedding, Dec. 18, 2012

wedding colors: shades of red, champagne, taupe

composite bouquet is a bouquet made of individual petals woven or put together to create a single large bloom

These composite bouquets below were made for MOH, mothers of the bride & groom, and for the Ninangs.  The dominant color of their bouquets were the opposite color of the dresses they were wearing so the colors would pop! :) Like for the mothers & MOH, they wore shades of red, so they had champagne bouquets with red & taupe accents. For the Ninangs, they were asked to wear taupe, so they had red bouquets with champagne accents.

Originally, Ninangs were supposed to have wrist corsages, however, the bride - Cindy - asked if it's possible to switch them to composite bouquets... i could still squeeze them in to the working budget we talked about, though more work would be required... but then, i said yes! :)
It's really hard to say "no" to a bride, lol! :)

MOH's composite bouquet

the handles? you know that wood thingy used for scroll-like invitations? yup!  that's it! i  attached them  at the bottom center of the flowers (i had to figure out how, lol) & covered them with ribbons :)

stringed crystals & faux pearls as accents + wired flower-shaped sequins (they're really not called sequins, i forgot the term, lol, but made of same material. Sequins are the round ones, there's another term for the non-round)

Mothers' composite bouquet

i love the look of the wired pearls & crystals framing the blooms :)
at a closer look, those wires were braided :) (same with MOH's bouquet)

Ninangs' composite bouquet

faux pearls & crystal at the center + seed beads & crystal strings to spice it up!

love the way the feathers added texture to the bouquet :)
